Test 3: Captain’s Circle

A The loyalty program of Princess Cruises is called Captain’s Circle. Passengers become a member automatically upon completion of their first cruise.

B The minimum age for membership in the Captain’s Circle is 18 years.

C You can become a member after your 5th cruise with Princess Cruises.

D Of course, members of the Captain’s Circle won’t be contacted directly by Princess. All bookings will be made via the travel agency.

A Upon completion of the first cruise, your client will become a Gold Member automatically.

B Your client will become a Platinum Member after 3 cruises on the same ship.

C The type of membership depends not only on the number of cruises with Princess, but also on the number of days at sea. With only 150 days at sea, your client will become an Elite Member.

D You can reach the Ruby status after your 3rd cruise.

E Even those who book only long cruises (30 days or longer) must complete 5 cruises with Princess in order to become a Platinum Member.

A Princess clients will get a discount of up to $300 for early bookings.

B A special Princess contact, the so-called Circle Host, is always available on board to help Gold Members and to answer their questions.

C On all cruises lasting 7 days or longer, Princess Captain’s Circle members will be invited to special cocktail parties.

D Only Platinum and Elite Members can take part in special events on board.

E The Circle Host is available only on days at sea.

A In addition to the benefits of a Gold Membership, Platinum Members will profit from even more services.

B Only Gold Members will get their Princess Passport stamped.

C Unfortunately, there will be no Preferred Check-In desk for Platinum Members.

D Platinum Members will receice a Complimentary Internet Package with a value of up to $200 depending on the length of the cruise.

E On the day of disembarkation, Platinum Members can wait in the Platinum Members Lounge.

A Elite Members will profit from Proprity Ship-to-Shore Tender Embarkation. With tickets brought directly to their cabin, your clients can bypass the queues.

B There will be no discount in the boutiques.

C Princess offers Elite Members complimentary laundry, professional cleaning and shoe polishing services.

D On formal evenings, Elite Members can get complimentary canapés (on request).

E On the day of disembarkation, Elite Members can’t choose their time of disembarkation.

A Just indicate the Captain’s Circle Number of the client while booking. Your client will then receive all the benefits on board automatically.

B If the client has lost the Captain’s Circle Number, he will of course receive all the benefits nevertheless as we can idenify it by name and address.

C Your client must indicate the Captain’s Circle Number in the Cruise Personalizer. If he doesn’t do it, he won’t receive any benefits on board.

D Your client will get the Captain’s Circle Membership Card automatically on board.
